Aoi Hinomoto (陽ノ下 葵, Hinomoto Aoi) is a character in Da Capo III. She is a first year at Kazami junior high school. She is also a member of the newspaper club, and has several other jobs she does part-time.

Etymology[]
- The name Aoi means "hollyhock, althea" (葵).
- Aoi's surname Hinomoto means "light, sun, male" (陽) (hi) and "under, below" (下) (moto).
